Elf baked eye shadow pallette

These palettes cost $10 at eyeslipsface.com. I found mine at a Marshall's near my house for $5. The shade is California. 

The colors are not the most pigmented dry , but they are soo creamy when wet

These are wet without an eye primer

Overall I believe this is a great product and many shades are really pigmented used wet.
